Minor Procedures

Our minor procedures are performed in an outpatient setting without the use of general anesthesia or the need for respiratory assistance. We perform our procedures in a safe, sterile environment, using a local anesthetic delivered by either a topical cream or an injection.

 

Some types of common minor procedures include:

 

  • Removal of foreign objects from ears, the nose, or superficial skin wounds
  • Stitching and/or removal of stitches for wounds and lacerations
  • Incision and drainage of abscesses
  • Skin lesion biopsies and removals
  • Skin tag removals
  • Wart removals
  • Laceration Repairs
  • Debridement
  • IUDs & Nexplanon’s
  • Other Minor Procedures as Necessary
